Kinesiologist
Jacob Hamilton
Jacob was born and raised in Lacombe, Alberta where he became immersed in the world of athletics at a young age. He enjoyed being involved with any sport he could and played volleyball, basketball, football, soccer and ran cross country in high school. After being involved with a variety of athletics, he was naturally drawn to sport performance training and injury rehabilitation.
Jacob started post-secondary at Red Deer College where he played on the Men’s soccer team for 3 years. Drawn in by the beautiful landscape and recreational opportunities, he migrated to Nanaimo where he graduated from Vancouver Island University in 2022 with a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology. Jacob aims to provide a welcoming, calming atmosphere conducive to healing. Using evidence-based practice he looks to provide effective, individualized rehabilitation solutions and strength training programs.
In his free time Jacob enjoys running, golfing and playing soccer. He is also actively attaining Reiki certifications that will assist in providing a calming and healing atmosphere for clients
Kinesiologist
Danielle Delage
Danielle is a Registered Kinesiologist through the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists.
Danielle graduated with honors in Kinesiology and Physical Education from the University of Toronto where she also competed on the Varsity Track and Field team, winning the women’s high jump national title in 2017.
Her approach to movement and health is based on the principle that the body is a unit and no one part acts in isolation. Danielle’s goal is to retrain your body and mind to move more efficiently and safely, without the use of compensation patterns to achieve the desired outcome.
Danielle holds her certification in Neurokinetic Therapy, Equine Body Work, and is completing her Masters in Equine Functional Osteopathy.
Danielle enjoys training for the triathlon, trail running, studying, and all things outdoors.
